Admission to the Conservatory is made by application followed by a formal audition.
Applicants who have passed the entrance audition but cannot immediately be offered a place will be put on a waiting list, which will be valid for one semester.
Successfully passing the entrance audition entitles the applicant to study at the Richard Wagner Konservatorium.
In the case of an unsuccessful application the student must wait one full year to reapply.
Entrance examination consists of two parts. Principal instrument audition and the theory test.
